Commerce Bank's first annual Philadelphia Carnivale of the Dogs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m Free Rittenhouse Square Park in Philadelphia. Dog portraits by a pooch friendly photographer or caricaturist Paw reader Agility demonstrations. Noon: a costume parade on the "red carpet" with prizes awarded for the best fall fashion dog, best Philly sports style dog, and the best dressed couple (parent and dog). People Pet Partnership will have loveable dogs available for adoption. Veterinarians from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary. Medicine will answer questions at an Ask the Vet booth. Penn MASH Unit, where children can bring injured stuffed animals, which will be stitched and brought back to life.
